Integrated Manganese Sulphate Plant

We have executed a low grade manganese dioxide ore processing pilot plant for production of commercial grade manganese Sulphate crystals and manganese carbonate powder.

The feed to the pilot plant will be low grade manganese ore from captive jamda – Keoera valley of Orissa. The Manganese Sulphate which will be obtained from the process will further be used for production of value added products like manganese sulphate crystals and manganese carbonate.

Integrated Manganese Sulphate Plant Process

The process scheme of the pilot plant is based on hydrometallurgical process route which follows selective reductive leaching, iron and Aluminum removal via hydroxide precipitant on to produce marketable Manganese Sulphate solution from captive low grade ferruginous manganese ores.

We are based at the National Capital and the Head Office at Chennai – India, having manufacturing facilities at various location.
